Who said Halloween is only a time for mourning? Phish fans will not agree because on Halloween they will rock the Indio Polo Fields in California from October 30 to November 1, 2009.

Phish Festival 8 will feature 8 sets from the rock band and LAist.com is giving away two tickets for free (or you can buy the 3-day pass here starting from $170).
