fickroxz, is 5 9, American and can dunk. Wtf you mean white guys can t jump? It s (just|simply|all)# about the training people do to get their leg strength to be high enough to dunk. For me, I just used the training program over at 50 inch vertical (dot) com
fickroxz I am just a 5’7 white guy and I am able to dunk on 11 foot rims. Anybody can certainly do it, just follow the right training course. I personally followed the 1 over at | 50 inch vertical [dot] com | but just about any training prog is good if they work that is… lol

fickroxz I’m only 5 7 and I dunk in my highschool team games. I m in my high school’s varsity team and my dunking impresses everybody (esp the girls lol). It was honestly really simple, I just used the special workout over at 50inch vertical[dot]com – anyone can do it
