That’s his stand still vert, meaning he was the only one honest about his actual vertical. Isn’t that was vertical means? Jumping straight up with no running start? Anyways I think his overall leap maybe 47 to 48 inches.

James White can dunk like nobody ive seen. He can put MJ to shame. Too bad this guy didnt get a chance in the NBA, he did average 26ppg in the dleague with 55% FG and his 36 minute averages in his games with HOU were 23ppg 60% FG and 50% from 3pt so his potential WAS there. He is 27 now……..There are quite a lot of people like him (Len Bias was another player, but he died before he played his first NBA game), Jay Williams also was another one but ruined his career in a motorcycle accident.
1;16, 2:40, 3:04, 3:48 Super Nasty. It’s nice to see some hungry kids trying to rock the crowd rather than lackluster multimillionares with no fire in their bellies that can’t make a fan throw the hands up.

@RookieN08 James White is a one legged jumper so off a standing vertical he might not be as high as we think.. running I believe he can jump up 48 inches or at least.

@playa4life23 alot of the vertical leaps are real skewed. Sometimes they give the standing vert.. other times they give the Max vert.. whatever that means. But without taking any steps most NBA players CANT jump 40 inches.. that includes Nate Robinson, Derrick Rose, Dwight Howard, Josh Smith.. and others. They can with a runnig start or two steps tho.

Hey sundazefosho, I’m training to enhance my vertical jump by doing the exercise program over at “50inch vertical (dot) com” – and so far got like like 8-10 inches thus far but I’m still a bit away from dunking on the rim It is still my 2nd week so far, any advices?

sundazefosho If you play basketball, you have to take a look at – “50inch vertical (dot) com”. I highly recommend it! I m 5 6 and started dunking quickly after 2 months of the training!
